Compass Center Commercial Park Sub-division

There has been significant residential growth along Highway 707 between Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet, but there is very little commercial building to support it such as office space for professionals, services, and storage. This is the direction behind the Compass Commercial Park. Highway 707 is also slated for to be widened to a five lane highway in the near future; it will significantly add to traffic numbers and reaffirm it as the east to west corridor.
